NCBP's executive team partnered together to implement an ESOP in 1995, later evolving NCBP into a 100% employee owned company. Our executive team is committed to NCBP and to our employee ownership and servant leadership culture.

DEAN CROTTY, Chairman of the Board

Dean Crotty began his career with NCBP in 1975. He has served in the roles of Technician, Sales Representative and Service Manager until 1995 when he was promoted to the role of President and CEO of NCBP.

As Chairman of the Board, Dean leads with integrity and ethics in all that he does. In 2006 Dean was recognized by the Bemidji Chamber of Commerce and his employees as "Boss of the Year".

Dean has participated in numerous boards, committees and associations, representing NCBP professionally his entire career.


KRIS RYDBERG, President and CEO

Kris Rydberg comes to NCBP with a strong technical background with a passion for leveraging new technologies to solve business challenges and drive growth in the solutions that NCBP provides to our customers, both large and small.

Kris's proven competencies in the technology, finance, retail and business services industries will serve as great attributes and assets to NCBP as our leader and President of NCBP.

Kris received his MBA from Syracuse University, and his BA from Bethel University.


CURT CROTTY, Vice President

Curt Crotty started his career in 1976 as a Sales Representative for NCBP.

He was instrumental in the expanded POS territory for NCBP and managed the Sales in our Appleton location for many years until his promotion to Vice President of Sales in 1998.

Today, Curt also oversees the Services team for NCBP as Vice President of Services. He leads with ambition and tenacity in all of his endeavors.


DARLENE GELLER, Vice President Finance and Administration

Darlene Geller began her career with NCBP as Accounting and Office Manager in 1986.

In 1995 Darlene was promoted to Vice President of Finance and Administration.

Darlene's work ethic and leadership have been instrumental in centralizing company financial and administrative services including inventory control.

Darlene is a dedicated and well-respected business leader at NCBP as well as in the community and she has mentored many associates into the key professional positions they have today.
