North Country Business Products has provided sales and service to our customers for over 55 years. Our company started out as an office supply store back in the 1940’s and has grown to be a very diversified business. Our growth over the past 55 years has always had one common goal that drives our business and that is “To provide quality products and exceptional customer service”.
There is only one way that a company can provide consistent exceptional customer service and that is through our dedicated associates. It is very simple, our people make our business. We feel so strongly about this that we made them all owners. Over the past several years our company has become 100 % employee owned. We feel that our associates are what has made us a successful company and therefore they should participate in the growth and increased value of our company. The quality of the products we provide to our customers has been very consistent over the years. We work very hard to align ourselves with products from industry leading vendors that allow us to provide the “Total Solution” for our customers. We feel that it is a better experience for our customers if we sell, install and maintain the products we provide. We feel that providing quality products, quality customer service and consistent leadership over a long period of time is the recipe for our success.
