Email requests for service during normal business hours will be emailed back within 15 minutes. The return email will confirm request for service and include the service call #. Emails sent to the Customer Care Center beyond normal business hours, will generate a service call and be placed in queue for the next business day. Service requests for immediate service outside normal business hours need to be called in at 866-819-7403.
