FIELD SERVICE TECH, Sioux Falls, SD

NCBP currently has a career opportunity for a Point of Sale Field Service Technician that will cover our Sioux Falls, SD territory.


Duties:

  • Provide on site and phone support to NCBP's POS customers.
  • Troubleshoot and repair peripherals on various POS equipment down to the board level. For example: printers, scanners, displays, keyboard and power supplies.
  • Troubleshoot and repair network communications.
