FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN, Belle Fourche, SD

NCBP currently has a career opportunity for a Field Service Technician that will cover our western South Dakota/eastern Wyoming territory. The position will be based out of our Belle Fourche, SD office.

 

Duties:

  • Provide on site and phone hardware support to NCBP's POS customers (Grocery, Hospitality and C-Store) this position is about 80% field repair and 20% bench repair.
  • Troubleshoot and repair peripherals on various POS equipment down to the board level.  For example: printers, scanners, displays, keyboard and power supplies.
