CALL CENTER ANALYST LEVEL 1 (PT, NIGHT SHIFT), Bemidji, MN

NCBP has a part time entry level technical Call Center positions in our world class Customer Care Center! With three levels of call center associates, NCBP offers potential for job growth. This is a home based position but will need to go to our Home Office in Bemidji, MN for initial training (4 weeks) and for occasional meetings. This position will work the night shift from midnight to 5am/6am and will work every other weekend from midnight to approximately 8am (minimum of 20-25 hours per week).
Responsibilities:
- This position is the first point of contact for our POS hospitality and grocery customers when they call in for technical service.
- Call Center Analysts ask customers basic troubleshooting questions regarding their POS computer systems and either solve, or escalate, the issues.

This position will be located in our Plymouth, MN office.
Job responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve at least 75% of escalated technical issues dealing with grocery store computer based cash register systems (networking, software applications, PC’s, scanners/scales, printers, etc.)
